Download your Locol data

You must be signed in to use the export control in the Locol iOS app:

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. Tap Export your data.
3. When the app says the export is ready, tap Export your data again to save or share the JSON file.

The private export object is available for at most 24 hours. A signed export URL expires after 5 minutes. Keep the downloaded file secure and share it only with people you trust.

If the in-app action is unavailable or does not complete, email support@locolapp.xyz. We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve your request within 30 calendar days, or explain a lawful extension.
