Delete your Locol account

You must be signed in to request deletion in the Locol iOS app:

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. Optionally tap Export your data first.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE.
5. Tap Request account deletion.

The request starts a 30-day recovery period. Your account remains active; sign in again within 30 days to cancel the deletion. If that does not work, contact support@locolapp.xyz. After the recovery period, your account and content are deleted, except what we must keep for legal reasons or a dispute. A bare record that the account was deleted, with no personal data, may be kept for 730 days. A notice that deletion finished, without your address, may be kept for 90 days.

If the in-app action is unavailable or does not complete, email support@locolapp.xyz. We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve your request within 30 calendar days, or explain a lawful extension.
